Mr Albert Lee is currently Vice President & Global Commercial Lead, Gastroenterology of The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson (J&J), USA since April 2018. He was previously Managing Director of J&J Singapore since 2014, and member of the J&J Southeast Asia Leadership Team.

During his 18 years with J&J, Mr Lee has had a variety of roles in different countries and teams. Between 2007 and 2013, he had a series of senior positions with DePuy. He was part of the International Development Programme in the US and UK, before moving to Thailand as Franchise Director. From 2010 to 2012, he was ASEAN Franchise Director and Country Director, Singapore. Immediately before his current role, Mr Lee was General Manager ASEAN, where he led the integration of the orthopedic organisation across six countries.

Before moving to the DePuy operation, Mr Lee was Franchise Manager and then Regional Marketing Manager for Ethicon Endosurgery from 2003 to 2007. Based in Singapore, he was responsible for implementing a systematic professional education programme through the Centers of Excellence, promoting minimally invasive surgical procedures in the ASEAN region and growing market share significantly.

From 1996 to 2002, Mr Lee worked in various sales, business and education roles for J&J Medical.​

Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a MBA from Duke University, USA.
