Designed by distinguished faculty of Nanyang Business School, the Executive Certificate in Engineering Leadership is the most comprehensive leadership programme for technical professionals with SkillsFuture funding.
The programme with a focus on digital transformation aims to broaden the existing skillsets of high-potential engineers with cutting-edge skills in business management, innovation and leadership, so they can lead teams to achieve organisational goals.

Funding Requirements
- Participant must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for the programme.
- Participant must complete a written assessment on the final day of the course
- Certification
Upon meeting at least 75% class attendance and completing a small project, participants will receive an Executive Certificate in Engineering Leadership issued by Nanyang Business School, NTU Singapore.

PROGRAMME DIRECTOR
Assoc Prof Tan Joo SengDivision of Strategy, Management and Organisation
Dr Tan Joo Seng is an Associate Professor of Management as well as the Academic
Director of EMBA and Executive Education programmes at Nanyang Business School. He
has been actively involved in executive leadership and management training and
development since 1995. His expertise on global leadership, cultural intelligence, cross-cultural negotiation, business model innovation, and more recently on leadership in Age of Disruption, is sought after by Fortune 500 companies.
He's consulted for both public sector and private sector organizations, including leading MNCs as well as small and medium enterprises in diverse industries. Some of the organizations that he has provided consulting and training include Alstom, Ascott, CIMB, Du Pont, IBM, Keppel, Land Transport Authority, Ministry of Defence, Monetary Authority of Singapore, National Healthcare Group, Singapore Airlines, Singapore Airlines Engineering Company, etc.
His book, “CQ: Developing Cultural Intelligence at Work” (co-authored with Professors Earley & Ang and published by Stanford University Press in 2006), is the first book to apply cultural intelligence in the context of leadership training and development.
