About International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO)

A specialized agency of the United Nations, International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) was created in 1944 to promote the safe and orderly development of international civil aviation throughout the world. It sets standards and regulations necessary for aviation safety, security, efficiency, capacity and environmental protection, amongst many other priorities. The Organisation serves as the forum for cooperation in all fields of civil aviation among its 192 Member States.

Course Description

The AD3M program consists of two parts, an online course to explore the fundamental concepts behind data-driven decision making, and a classroom course to apply the concepts to practical scenarios and real-life situations.
Participants of the AD3M Program will be able to apply best practices to generate reports, draw meaningful interpretations, and define suitable key performance indicators (KPIs) in civil aviation sectors.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to apply aviation data-driven decision making principles and methods in their professional roles.

Learning Objectives
Part 1: Online Course – Fundamentals of AD3M
Part 1 Online Course Goal: At the end of this eLearning course participants will be able to apply the techniques of collecting, managing and analysing aviation data in order to generate reports and interpret results for making effective decisions, managing risk and setting priorities for different civil aviation activities, operations, or procedures.
The online course is divided into 5 modules. Each module closes with a short quiz that allows participants to recall the content and ensure reinforcement of the key concepts before moving on to the next module.

Note: Applicants should allocate 10 - 15 hours to the online segment of the course. Participants should complete the online segment prior to joining the classroom segment of the course.
Part 2: Classroom Course – Application of AD3M
The classroom course provides practical examples and exercises using AD3M methods and allows participants to apply the course concepts to practical scenarios and real-life situations, using a data package or their own data to solve challenges.

Certificate of participation will be issued by ICAO.

Applicants should attach their Passport, Photo and Resume in their email to us.
